I build websites and follow-up systems for South Florida service businesses, so every new lead hears back in seconds, even when you're on a job.
Veteran owned. Based in Broward County.
Peak Vibe Media is a founder-led studio based in Broward County. We work with roofers, HVAC and plumbing companies, pool builders, remodelers and other South Florida service businesses. Our job is simple: make sure the leads you already pay for turn into booked jobs.
Websites that work on a phone, plus automated follow-up that answers every new lead in seconds.
Owner-run service businesses that are busy doing the work and can't sit by the phone all day.
Most customers hire whoever gets back to them first. We make sure that's you.
That's how it works once this is set up. Right now, for most businesses, it goes more like this:
It sits until morning. By then they've called somebody else.
Not the best contractor. Not the cheapest. The one who picked up the phone.
The call goes to voicemail, and a lot of people won't leave one.
Leads are scattered across texts, emails and sticky notes, with no follow-up.
Speed to lead is one of the most studied problems in sales. Here's what the research says, and what it could mean for your business.
10 booked now + 3 extra = 13 jobs a month
Starts with an example HVAC company. This is a calculator, not a promise, and it can't create leads you don't already get. The extra jobs number is your call. The example uses the national average HVAC install of $7,500 (Angi, 2026) and the $1,497 build plus $297 a month plan.
Want the real numbers? I'll run this with yours on a free 15-minute call.
Book my free callLooks sharp, loads fast, and actually sends leads somewhere.
You own the domain and the site.
Ask about a website on a call →Every new lead gets a reply in seconds, day or night.
Runs on GoHighLevel, under your own account.
Ask about follow-up on a call →Success isn't a prettier website. It's knowing every lead got an answer, seeing which ones booked, and getting your evenings back. We plan for about 60 days of tuning after launch. Here's how we get there together.
Sample figures to show what the report covers. Your report uses your real numbers.
Every new lead gets a reply in seconds, and you get the alert. You approved all of it before launch.
Leads in, reply times, appointments booked. If replies are low, we rewrite the instant text. If people reply but don't book, we adjust the booking message and the follow-up timing.
Wherever leads stall, we adjust. Appointment reminders for no-shows, a follow-up for quotes that never closed, and the wording of each message in the sequence.
We sit down with your numbers from before and after, and decide what's next together.
We look at how leads come in now, and where they're slipping.
Your logo, some photos, your services and hours. That's about it.
You see it working and approve it before anything goes live.
On a care plan, every form and link gets tested monthly, and you get a report.
Fill this in and watch the follow-up land in your inbox in under a minute. That's exactly what your customers would get.
No sales list. You get 1 test email, and that's it.
Your domain, your accounts, your contacts. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.
Every fee and commitment is in your agreement before you pay anything.
What's on your quote is what you pay.
You talk to the person who built your system. No account managers.

I'm Jay Plyler, the founder. I served in the Marine Corps, and since then I've worked across many industries and roles, from the job site to the sales floor. Most of my career has been in sales and account management, building teams and the systems behind them. I've also run my own service business, so I know what it's like to be on a job with your phone buzzing in your pocket.
Here's how it usually goes. A homeowner fills out a form at 7 in the evening asking for a quote. The owner is still finishing a job, sees it the next afternoon, and calls back. By then the homeowner has already booked whoever answered first. Nobody did anything wrong. The owner was busy doing the work, and there was no system replying for them. That's the gap we close.
What drives me is simple: more time with my family and a life built on our own terms. I want the same for every owner I work with. Steady work, less stress about where the next job comes from, and more time for the people it's all for.
The name comes from the mountains, where I'm happiest. A peak is where the climb pays off, and that's the goal for every business we work with.
Our mission: no local business should lose a job because they were too busy doing the work to answer the phone.
Seconds after someone fills out your form, they get a text and an email, and you get an alert on your phone. Texting switches on once your carrier registration is approved, and I handle that for you.
Keep it. I can connect the follow-up system to the site you already have.
No. You get alerts on your phone and can reply from an app, the same way you'd text a customer.
About 14 days from the day I have everything I need from you.
Not by itself, and we won't promise that. We don't sell ads or guarantee traffic. What we do is make sure the leads you already get are answered in seconds and followed up every time, so fewer of them slip away. If you need more leads coming in, we'll tell you honestly on the call.
If you choose a monthly care plan, your build costs less up front and there's a 12 month term. If you leave early, you only owe the part of that discount that hasn't been paid back yet. Pay the full build price and there's no term at all. Either way, it's all in writing before you pay.
You do. Your domain, your accounts, your contacts and your content. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.
Pick a time that works for you. Here's what happens on the call.
